In preconstruction properties, compensation given to agents by the builder is part of their marketing fee and is built in to the price of every home. Builders promote, and encourage real estate agent participation. Price for you will be the same with or without a Realtor.

If the price is the same for you anyway, it makes sense to have a real estate expert represent your best interest:

  • We're very visible online. So, builders and sellers contact us directly to offer their "SWEET" deals so we may bring them buyers. There's always a better deal somewhere everyday and we have the "SCOOP" on all of them. Don't buy without consulting us. 813-671-6657

  • Negotiate, negotiate, negotiate. No offer is too low. We're expert negotiators and we'll lose face so you don't have to. We've saved clients in excess of $100K in some deals!

  • Just because you don't have a Realtor doesn't mean you can discount the Realtor's commission from the price.
