Property Overview

Back on the market, the buyer's financing fell through. BRAND NEW 2023 home has never been lived in and is located in the lovely gated community of Rose Haven, where there is NO CDD. House is currently priced lower than what the builder is selling their spec homes for in this community, and you do not have to wait two years for a house to be built.
