Property Overview

When we decided St. Pete Beach area was where we wanted our getaway, Boca Shores was an easy choice. Ideally situated in St. Pete Beach close to Sunset Beach and actually sitting on the Intracoastal Waterway with boat slips available We really liked the fact that the HOA fee's were reasonable and included the water & cable! This was enough for us to buy into Boca Shores, originally we had an interior unit and loved it, as soon as this waterfront unit became available we put an offer in the first day. :). Boca Shores is a community, check out the Facebook groups. By having a minimum rental of 30 days the people at Boca Shores are not here on vacation but actually part of the community. I will miss sitting on the fishing dock at night talking with the regulars, the sing alongs at the pool side or chatting at the pool watching the boats drift by on the water. The complex has many attractive features including Laundry Facility, Clubhouse with exercise equipment, pool table and Sauna, Party Room available to reservie for parties, bicycle storage, car wash area and of course fishing dock, pool and boat slips. Our unit is a first floor unit, with a Florida room overlooking the water. The view is unobstructed and absolutely amazing. The condo itself has been renovated with new kitchen, new bath, newer a/c and tankless water heater. We are selling the unit fully furnished. The boat slips are on a first come first served basis for availability but I only had to wait about 3 months to get one. I am going to sell my boat and floating dock once my condo sells so that is an option if you're interested. St. Pete Beach is a wonderful area to live or getaway. Bicycling options include the Pinellas Trail which will take you from Downton St. Petersburg all the way to Tarpon Springs and is only about 3 miles from the condo. St. Petersburg Pier area offers many attractions including the Dali Museum and Tropicana Field where the Tampa Bay Rays play all within 20 minutes of the condo. Clearwater Beach, Fort DeSoto and Pass-a-Grille Beach are all very close. St. Pete Beach is regularly voted America's Top Beach. 2 miles to Johns Pass.
