" We were referred to Julia, by a friend of a friend to help us relocate to Tampa, FL. I reached out to her ahead of our move to establish contact. Julia jumped right in with suggestions and listing info, to prepare us for Tampa. We decided to rent ahead of our home purchase so that we had plenty of time to find an area that was perfect for us. Julia helped us find our rental. Once we arrived, we delayed our search (it was the beginning of Covid quarantine), but she sent me listings that were available. She was great with giving recommendations for areas and neighborhoods to research. She asked a lot of questions and really listened to what we wanted. When we finally were able to start viewing listings, Julia was great with helping to point out features and potential flaws we may have missed. We did go under contract, but the house had too many issues and the sellers were not willing to budge. So, we walked away. The market was challenging as there was a huge demand for listings, but very few available. We were on the verge of putting out search on hold for a while, but at the last minute, we decided on a home. Julia again helped us imagine our vision, as the house needed a lot of work (which we were up for) and she helped negotiate a deal that was perfect for us. The whole transaction was smooth. Julia remained on top of everything right until the settlement. We closed Sept of 2020 and Julia still checks in with us. We are grateful to Julia for making our relocation to Tampa so easy. I very highly recommend Julia and her team. They are excellent."
