and homes built in Snell Isle still stand. Though several
homes in Snell Isle have been razed and others built in their
place, a strict set of rules governing the type of architecture
that can replace the original structures have kept the general
feel of the neighborhood that C. Perry Snell intended it to
have. Snell Isle surrounds the prestigious Vinoy Golf and
Country Club. Snell Isle is walking distance to 7 miles of
