Saint Petersburg, minutes from Downtown Tampa, minutes from
the pristine sands of the Gulf Beaches and less than 2 hours
from Walt Disney and the other tourist destinations of Orlando
Florida.
Real Estate Prices in the Old Northeast section of St. Pete
vary as much as the architecture, with homes priced from around
$300K to $3M. Although this area is mostly single family homes,
there are also some townhomes, condos and apartments.
