Home Owners Jump Into the Real Estate
Published by julia | Filed under Buyer / Seller Tips, Market Trends, Miscellaneous, Real Estate, Shout Outs
With talks of the approaching Greater Depression, the real estate market experts are forecasting slow sales and more foreclosures. Luckily for real estate agents, they are wrong.
The National Association of Realtors projected a decline in sales again this month, but potential home owners are tired of waiting around and have decided the market is perfect for buying. Home sales rose last month by more than 7% and that rise is a trend all real estate agents have been looking for.
The real estate market may be seeing a boost thanks to the fluttering DOW. When the DOW was dropping, potential buyers were waiting. Each day, the DOW dropped and dropped some more and the patient again waited. Then, the boost appeared in the DOW numbers. That small boost was the fire that jump started the buyer.
The first thought, “What happens if the real estate market recovers and I did not take advantage of the rock bottom prices available?” While the DOW continues to flutter, home buyers are narrowing their choices and applying for mortgages.
Everyone who is anyone knows the financial outlook of our country is strongly rooted in the real estate market. When the market begins to rise, the sun peaks over the financial gloom and we get up as a nation and dust off the remnants of bad money memories. I think we are all about to see a beautiful sunrise.
