Tampa4U Customer Service

Julia didn’t want me to post this photo…. but this is how she starts and ends her day. All of us at Tampa4U are committed to service. This is really what this industry is all about. It’s not about how many designations you have, it’s not about your credentials and conquests in the real estate industry. It’s about service. Service and response in a timely manner.
We get hundreds of inquiries every single day and do research and follow up from morning till night. Each and everyone receives a personalized email. Not generic responses. Julia spends time with each one of her clients as if they were her only client.
We receive invitations to seminars on a regular basis about agents leveraging themselves and making more money and having more contracts by working less. We don’t believe in this. Working less means less service. If you can leverage yourself, that means you have figured out how to automate some of your processes and/or hired assistants. If your assistants are doing the work, give them credit. We have a team of very hard working and equally committed team of professionals. We give credit where credit is due. We cannot handle all inquiries and therefore we seamlessly endorse other clients to our team. Each and everyone of our team members have their respective specialties and together we can provide better and timely service to our clients.
Its difficult to survive right now in this market. But we discovered that if you love what you do and you do what’s right, everything falls into place.
Don’t sell unless you have to… and if you must, think of Tampa4U.
Enjoy the July 4th Festivities in Channelside. Don’t forget to pick up your Foreclosure Hot Sheet in our office.
