Tampa home sellers, take note: We’ve invested a lot of efforts and resources cultivating our contacts and affiliates within the US real estate market. But, we’ve also looked past the US coastline on making connections with the foreign real estate market. We’ve been doing this for the past 3 years and have made a lot of friends and affiliates in the UK, Canada, Europe (both eastern and western), and Asia.

Now that the dollar is weaker than most foreign currencies, foreign investments have been pouring into our depressed real estate market. Thus, we checked on how we fare on the international search engines and noticed that we’ve been ranking very high on almost all of them. (Each country have their own versions of Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc). This gives Tampa home sellers another good reason to use us when listing their house for sale. We anticipate that the 2nd home market will be booming in Florida soon. Let the world see your house. We create a web page for each of our listings and most often, these pages get more hits than most of the local brokerage sites. Over 80% of home buyers go shopping online for homes. The baby boomers and generation Xers are today’s buyers. They shop everything online from shoes, shirts, pizzas, toys, homes, mortgages, etc. Shouldn’t your house be on their agenda? Not if they can’t find it!
