Google Street View: The Future of Real Estate Shopping
Published by julia | Filed under Buyer / Seller Tips, Cool Listings, Miscellaneous, Real Estate, Shout Outs
Here’s the future of Real Estate. You may or may not have noticed Google’s street view feature. Currently it’s just in selected cities in the US. This is just a preview of technology to come. Soon, this will be all over. Imagine it’s application to real estate and home purchase. An out-of-state customer will be able to preview the neighborhood online. This revolutionizes shopping online for homes.
Look at the example here of the street view in Miami’s South Beach. This brings you right in the middle of Ocean Drive and 7th st. You’ll be able to view your surroundings 360 degrees. How cool is that? You can move on the street north or south and get a totally different perspective. How the heck did they do this? This is amazing. I think I’ll close my windows at night. You never know when Google may come around to your street:)
What this means is that even MORE people will go online to shop for homes. Sellers, take note. If buyers are online to shop for homes, shouldn’t your homes be featured online? Tampa4u.com is more visible than ever. We’re on top of the search engines on most, if not all, of the European countries. If you haven’t listed your house with Tampa4u.com, you’re limiting your exposure. Common down, let’s expose ourselves together:)
Cheers.
